"The learning processes are totally influenced by the intensive use of technologies" (Rush, 2011), so it is important to investigate what is the influence of the Smartphone in the dynamization of pedagogical teaching and learning strategies. A phenomenological study is addressed to know the phenomena that arise around the use of the cell phone, which is assumed as a device of techno-pedagogical design and at the same time can represent a source of distraction.

In this paper, we analyze previous research on the academic and personal incidences of Smartphone use in the university. As a result, a set of analysis conditions was obtained on their advantages and disadvantages in learning processes, aimed at obtaining better results of pedagogical interaction and meaningful learning.

A set of analysis conditions were gathered, including the advantages and disadvantages of the use of these devices in the learning processes, which seek to achieve better results related to the pedagogic interaction and meaningful learning.
